President asks Maoists to form govt by 1 week

...Dahal, spokesperson Krishna Bahadur Mahara and leader Kiran Vaidya were present during the meeting with President Yadav.Emerging from the meeting, Mahara said that the Maoists informed the President that attempts were ongoing to forge a consensus by one week.Only yesterday, the President called on the Maoists to forge a political consensus for the constitution of the Council of Ministers and the appointment of the Prime Minister in accordance with Article 38 Clause (1) of the Interim Constitution of Nepal, 2007.According to a communiqué issued by the Office of the President today, President Yadav made the call at 8:00 pm yesterday taking into consideration the context of the call made by the Prime Minister who was also the acting President after the Constituent Assembly election, to the Maoists to form the next government by maintaining a political consensus.
