He had invited Dahal, Radheshyam Adhikary, Ram Kumar Shrestha, Baburam Kunwar, Sher Bahadur KC, Madhav Banskota and Upendra Keshari Neupane, to discuss a host of constitutional issues.“We told the PM that his determination not to resign without appointment of President is in line with interim statute,” Dahal added.
