Petroleum prices readjusted

...and Rs 4.5 in kerosene. However, the government has not reviewed the price of cooking gas, saying that the Nepal Oil Corporation (NOC) is still bearing a loss of Rs 61 per cylinder.

Earlier, Minister for Commerce and Supplies Rajendra Mahato had said that the fuel prices would be readjusted according to the price change in the international market.

Fuel prices plunged by over 50 per cent recently in the international market.
