NC, UML Have Agreed to Offer PM Post to MJF: Gachhada

Madhesi Janadhikar Forum parliamentary party leader Bijay Kumar Gachhadar today revealed that Nepali Congress and CPN-UML had agreed to offer the post of Prime Minister to his party and that was not mentioned in the four-point agreement due to technical difficulties.Addressing an interaction organised here today, Gachhadar said that they ... believe that the Maoists as largest party had the right to form a new government but if that was not possible then the Madhes based parties had the right to lead the government."The NC and the UML agreed to offer us the post of Prime Minister. There should be no doubt about it. We did not ink that in the four point agreement as we did not want to create any hindrance in Maoists' bid to form a new government," Gachhadar said. He warned the NC and the UML not to repeat the mistakes of past by breaking the agreements reached with the MJF on the eve of presidential election.
