NC criticises gov for failure in relief to Koshi-hit

The second largest party in the Constituent Assembly that is poised to remain in the opposition bench said the prime minister went to China visit during such a crucial time.

Likewise, the NC demanded the government to bring in temporary as well as permanent relief programmes for the time of natural calamity.

Meanwhile, the central working committee meeting of the party discussed the party’s organisational reform and future strategy today.

The NC central leaders, who expressed their views at today’s session, said that it was necessary to hold discussions as part of the preparations prior to calling the party General Convention.

The NC central meeting is carrying on discussions on the report prepared by the party General Secretary Bimelandra Nidhi.

Meanwhile, the party President Girija Prasad Koirala was absent in today’s meeting also.
