Maoist Chairman meets Indian envoy, UNMIN Chief

KATHMANDU, July 5 - CPN-Maoist Chairman Puspa Kamal Dahal held separate consultations with Indian ambassador to Nepal Rakesh Sood and United Nations Mission in Nepal (UNMIN) chief Ian Martin on Tuesday.During the meeting with Indian envoy Sood at Dahal's residence in Nayabazaar, the duo discussed the attempts being made for ... ...formation of a new government and its structure.Sood advised that it would be much better if a national consensus government was formed, sources said.UNMIN chief Ian Martin, who went to Dahal's residence immediately after Sood left Nayabazaar, discussed the ongoing peace process and extensions of UNMIN's term with the Maoist Chairman.Also today, UNMIN Chief Martin also met with President Dr Ram Baran Yadav.
