India responsible for Koshi floods, says FM Yadav

Yadav, who is also the coordinator of the Madhesi People’s Rights Forum, said that it is time to make provision for the relief effort and permanent housing of the people affected by the devastating floods by both the countries instead of pointing out who is responsible for the catastrophe.
