Govt cannot wait for other outfits for talks after December

According to Minister Jha, the Jwala Singh led Janatantrik Terai Mukti Morcha (JTTM), the Terai Cobra, the Terai Tiger and other groups are in constant touch with the government. “However, the Jai Krishna Goit faction of the JTTM has not come to our contact yet,” he said.

“Conditions set by the armed struggle groups for the dialogue are unacceptable as all the issues will be discussed on the negotiation table,” he said.

Meanwhille, he said he will try to make contact with other groups during his upcoming visit to the Terai districts.
