Dhangadi shutdown to protest journalist's murder enters 3rd day

Meanwhile, the media personnel took out rallies at different places in the country to protest the murder.

Joshi, editor of Dhangadi edition of Jahadisha daily and chairman of CPN (Maoist)-aligned Kailali chapter of Association of Revolutionary Journalists, had been missing since Oct. 8.

Family members of the journalist, who hails from Malakheti VDC-3, say the latter was scheduled to go to Kathmandu the day before he went missing.
