Big three ruling allies form high-level political mechanism

It has been said that the committee formed as mentioned in the government’s Common Minimum Programme will work together to operate the government and provide necessary advise for governing.
The mechanism will be extended at the earliest by including representatives from all the ruling parties, a leader participating in the meeting informed.
As per the agreement made in the three-party meeting, the parties forwarded the names of their respective party representatives to Prime Minister Pushap Kamal Dahal today. PM Dahal has been handed over the responsibility to extend the political mechanism.The first meeting of the committee has been summoned for tomorrow (Tuesday), UML leader Rawal said.
According to Rawal, tomorrow’s meeting of the committee will appoint the coordinator of the committee and prepare the terms of reference for the same.
Meanwhile, a meeting of the major four parties including the opposition Nepali Congress (NC) has been convened for tomorrow in order to complete the tricky issue of army integration.
Top leaders of the CPN-Maoist, the NC, CPN-UML and the MPRF will participate at the meeting scheduled for 10 tomorrow.The Army Integration Special Committee has remained incomplete after the NC declined to appoint its representatives for the AISC, expressing disagreement over the formation process.
