Sony shares down after laptops burn up
Shares in Sony plunged on Friday after the firm was forced to recall hundreds of thousands of Vaio laptop computers.
Shares in the electronics giant fell more than 4% after reports came to light that some models had caught fire and injured their owners.

The company said it would offer free repairs in the 48 countries in which the potentially faulty model is on sale.
Sony sources have alleged that the firm knew about the problem last August and could have acted more quickly.
